Last Saturday was awesome. I would describe Emily and Tom’s wedding at Great Barn Rolveden as an absolute classic English wedding. I could say so much but here is a summary…
There were so many reasons this day was fantastic. Reason number one for sure was the beautiful setting Emily got ready in. They chose to stay at the amazing Ramsden Farm B&B and what a fabulous choice it was for country wedding photography. I have to say I loved it. The rustic nature, the light, the open space, all made for the sort of reportage Kent wedding photography I strive for. Emily was so relaxed and took every moment in her stride. She just smiled, and smiled some more!… Together with her bridesmaids, her parents and her brothers, the morning went by perfectly to plan.
The ceremony was then at St.Mildred’s Church in Tenterden. The service was lovely and the vicar most welcoming to me which is always appreciated. Emily and Tom looked so happy throughout and the love for each other was really tangible. St. Mildred’s Church wedding photography is a joy as there are lots of great spots to shoot from which really helps.
For the rest of the day’s activity it was a short drive to the fantastic Great Barn Rolvenden. This a awesome little venue for a wedding. It’s a big barn with lots of scope to make it yours and boy did Emily and Tom make it theirs. It was clear they had spent alot of time preparing the barn and it was definitely worth it. It looked so so good. The barn is perfect if you want a real country wedding and you like the smell of the great Kent countryside. I love country weddings so I particularly enjoyed documenting their day there.
Here are some of the highlights to give you a flavour of the day. I hope you enjoy this Great Barn Rolvenden wedding photography.
Thanks again Emily and Tom for having me along to be your Great Barn Rolvenden wedding photographer – I enjoyed it very much and wish you both many years of happiness together! Have a fantastic honeymoon.
