On Saturday I headed to Northbrook Park for James and Charlotte’s Northbrook Park wedding. It was a fantastic day and everyone had an awesome time! Charlotte looked amazing in her Alan Hannah dress and James donned a classic morning suit, joined by a hefty entourage of ten ushers! (All of whom were super helpful and top gentleman so a big thank you chaps!)
I started the day on site with the morning preparations in the excellent little cottages at Northbrook Park, before the ceremony in the wonderfully light and airy Vine Room. Claire Ellis provided excellent saxophone music throughout the lovely ceremony, which was warm and light-hearted, and included to readings which made everyone smile.
The rest of the day was held in the Northbrook Park Orangery room, which I particularly like because of the great natural light. The exposed brickwork and the vines add character and charm. The food was superb and speeches excellent and brought many laughs and a few happy tears. The rest of the night was one big party with some very entertaining dance moves!
