So here’s my 2017 look back!
I won’t write loads here as I think the photos do the talking but it’s safe to say it was a brilliant year and one I will always remember fondly. Aside from getting to shoot in Santorini and Mexico (my furthest location to-date – thank you again Steph and Nick!!) it was a year of amazing wedding after amazing wedding! I met so many awesome people, witnessed so much love, heard the most incredible speeches (that made me laugh and cry in equal measure!!) and most of all I got to work with such a mighty fine set of couples who entrusted me with their wedding photos! I’m so grateful for each and every one of them and now it’s winter, and wedding season is over, I miss them all very much!
In the Autumn I was shortlisted for the finals of the National Wedding Industry Awards. These awards are based on actual feedback from those who have had me shoot their wedding.
I received full marks in half of the categories and 9.98/10 for the rest so I will take that as a pretty good good result!

“Jonny MP is a legend! When I asked my friend what she would’ve done differently about her wedding, she said she would’ve booked Jonny MP! So I contacted him, loved the sound of his ideas and ethos – & even changed the initial wedding date we had pencilled in so we could book him. We didn’t regret it – Jonny was fantastic, he fitted in with the wedding party & got to know everyone, my family actually wanted to adopt him! He caught some amazing moments and really captured the joy of the day.”

“We can honestly say Jonny was one of the biggest parts of our day. He is very friendly and laid back but captures the most incredibly photos that we will treasure forever.
