On Saturday I headed west to Gloucestershire for Abi and Scott’s amazing Berkeley Castle Wedding. It was an absolute gem of a day and I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely couple in Scott and Abi. They shared such special vows with one another – there wasn’t a dry eye in the house!

Berkeley Castle was a wonderful setting for their day – with the most stunning Great Hall for the wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast. The grounds are full of many great photo opportunities and the staff was ever so welcoming (thank you Pippa!) It has a real grand aura about it and certainly a very memorable place to get married!

Scott and Abi had their whole day at Berkeley Castle so it made for a relaxed and smooth day. Abi got ready in one of the nearby cottages (just a few minutes walk away!) and Scott similarly was with the boys just a stones throw from the castle. The team on the day were superb – the wedding breakfast set-up looked first class.

Here are a few photos that caught my eye and tell the story of what was one incredible Berkeley Castle Wedding! I really enjoyed shooting Abi and Scott’s wedding and would love to return to Berkeley Castle for another wedding in the future. I’m always happy to travel for special venues.
