2025 was a truly special year for me behind the camera. It marked my 15th wedding season, and what a season it turned out to be. I had the privilege of photographing 31 incredible weddings, travelling thousands of miles across the UK and documenting some of the most joyful, emotional, and unforgettable days imaginable.
As a Sussex wedding photographer, one of the things I love most about this job is the variety. No two weddings are ever the same. In 2025 I photographed everything from beautifully small, intimate celebrations to big, vibrant wedding parties packed with energy, laughter, and epic dance floors. Every single one had its own story, its own atmosphere, and its own unforgettable moments.
The venues were incredible too. I was lucky enough to work at some truly stunning locations this year, including the elegant Kin House, the rustic charm of Cripps Barn, the iconic beauty of Kew Gardens, the historic setting of Kings House Greenwich, the breathtaking views at Botley Hill Barn, and the wild, magical landscapes of Elmley Nature Reserve.
Between all the weddings there were thousands of miles of driving, countless early starts, and plenty of late nights – but every single mile was worth it. I witnessed so many incredible moments, emotional ceremonies, huge bursts of laughter during speeches, epic dance floors, and some absolutely beautiful sunsets that made for unforgettable portraits.
What always stays with me though is the happiness and joy. Weddings are full of it – families coming together, friends celebrating, couples starting a new chapter of their lives. Being trusted to capture those memories is something I never take for granted.

If 2025 was anything to go by, I cannot wait for the 2026 season. I’m excited to travel more, meet amazing couples, and keep capturing those real, unscripted wedding moments all naturally!
