Tilly and Harry are a beautiful pair and their DIY garden wedding was an absolute joy to be at! Tilly’s smile is infectious, her dress was out of this world and Harry is in an incredibly warm guy (and looked as proud as punch to be marrying the girl he met travelling several years back all day long!).

Tilly is a fellow professional photographer so it was extra special to shoot her day – and that little bit more pressure! Eeeek!

After being at their wedding I couldn’t help but wish my grandma had had a house quite a grand as Tilly’s grandma’s that was able to host a garden wedding with almost 200 people with ease! We also benefitted from some perfect September weather – dry, sunny and a comfortable temperature. The ceremony was at nearby at Busbridge Church and then the rest of the day was a lovely garden set-up at Tilly’s grandma’s house in the Surrey Hills.

Tilly looked amazing in her dress and we were able to pop to a nearby heathland to capture their portraits (of which there are so many I love!)

I loved their DIY garden wedding. The details were beautiful and most of all I loved the relaxed, and down-to-earth, feel of the day. It was warm, genuine and incredibly happy!

Tilly and Harry – first and foremost thank you for having me along to your wedding! Wishing you many years of happiness as Mr and Mrs Nelson!
